92 Days…

That’s right. There are 92 days left until the end of 2009.

Why not give yourself the gift of some reflection time? Take an hour for yourself to do nothing else but reflect on the first 273 days of 2009. Get out of your office. Go to your favorite coffee shop or better yet, get out into nature. Bring a pad of paper and a pen with you.

Here are some thoughts to get your reflection started:

1. Take a look at your 2009 goals. What progress have you made? What needs the most attention? What are you willing to commit to?

2. What can you do to put a speed limit on your life between now and the end of the year? What can you let go of, stop doing, get rid of, etc. What have you been doing out of habit that no longer needs to be done?

3. What do you really really want for yourself and/or your business between now and December 31st? Who do you need to be and what must you do, to make that happen?

Here’s to the last quarter of 2009.
