Employee Success Groups combines a proven planning and execution system (Best YearYet!®) with the energy, commitment and excitement that naturally occurs when  like-minded individuals get together for a purpose.  When participants share common accountabilities, they become a powerful mastermind group that generates new energy from a shared focus on producing results.  

How do Employee Success Groups work?

Employee Success GroupThe initial session is the Best Year Yet!®  workshop during which each participant creates a one-page plan for the coming 12 months. 

Participants access on-line software (PRO, for Producing Results Online®) where they enter and track their annual plan and the monthly and weekly goals that will drive their results. 

Employees come together once/month for the next twelve months with the goal of  bringing their plans to fruition.  Monthly meetings are virtual in groups of up to ten.  Employees report their scores on monthly goals, share their successes and challenges and use the group as a sounding board. Commitments are made for the following month.
